Recent Project: Building a New Deck in La Grange Park, IL

Before the Project: The Vision The homeowner was looking to add a spacious, low-maintenance deck to the back of their home, which features brick siding. The design we developed involved a main deck area measuring approximately 18 feet by 20 feet 8 inches, plus an additional elevated platform that is 7 feet by 3 feet 6 inches. An Elevated Composite Deck in Naperville, Built on Steel Helical Piles

A backyard in Naperville sloped away from the house and dropped almost seven feet to grade by the time you reached the far edge. The homeowner wanted a deck off the back that felt solid underfoot, looked clean from the yard below, and didn’t need a forest of footings dug into the slope.
